Member | Energy Development & Strategy
Tom brings deep experience in community solar development and project execution across New England. He has developed and managed nearly 50 MW of solar projects across 11 sites, guiding projects from initial site control through permitting, financing, and notice to proceed. His work includes landfill-based projects and integrated storage solutions, with additional involvement supporting over 150 MW of renewable energy development. Tom’s strength lies in navigating complex development processes and delivering projects that perform both technically and financially.

Mark brings decades of experience in financial management and operational leadership, with a background in building and scaling a multi-state construction company prior to its successful sale.
At Dragonfly, he leads financial strategy, project evaluation, and capital planning, ensuring every solution is grounded in strong economics. His expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, and risk management helps deliver disciplined, financially sound energy strategies.
Don T. Kearney
Member | Engineering & Infrastructure
Don brings over 40 years of experience in structural engineering, construction, and infrastructure development. As a co-founder of a multi-state construction firm, he led large-scale projects including restoration of critical energy infrastructure.
At Dragonfly, Don provides engineering oversight and infrastructure expertise, ensuring energy systems are designed for durability, safety, and long-term performance.
